Welcome to LUMENGROWTH LTD. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software, services, and SMS messaging program. By accessing our services or opting into our SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
LumenGrowth Ltd provides a software platform for service and home-service businesses, including CRM, job scheduling, automation, billing, and AI-assisted communication tools (the "Service").
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. SMS Messaging Program
LumenGrowth Ltd operates an SMS messaging program providing account notifications, onboarding and setup guidance, appointment and demo reminders, billing and payment alerts, customer support responses, and occasional service updates and offers.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder of, or have authority to consent for, the mobile number provided.
Opt-in. You are enrolled only after you actively tick the unchecked SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again as you did initially and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or unsolicited communications, or in any way that violates applicable telecommunications regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, or UK PECR and GDPR requirements. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your own customers before contacting them through the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and materials comprising the Service remain the property of LumenGrowth Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumenGrowth Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
